Request for additions to discoveryisland.ca
If anyone has any photos or videos new and old or if anyone has any information or historical documents related to Discovery Island or anything at all you feel may add to the discoveryisland.ca website so it can be shared and documented for everyone, I ask that you please take the time to share it with me, anything you add will be properly attributed. I am particularly interested in any photos of the Discovery Island lighthouse before it was fully automated and de-staffed, as well as photos of the various structures that once stood on the island e.g. first Nations village, Captain Beaumont's house and out-structures, World War II lookout post etc. however anything new and old would be greatly appreciated.
